- Refunds are available only for defective or damaged items.
- To initiate a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling at no additional cost.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Courses and Workshops:
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course/workshop start date are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your enrollment to another participant.
